ANCA positive

@crocodile

Thank you very much. I was seeing a immunologist but stopped when the levels were seen to be not getting any bigger and I don't have any symptoms. The tests were actually ordered by a neurologist due to some peripheral neuropathy. My diabetes has always been well managed so he was looking for other things that may cause this condition. Already tested negative for vasculitis and Wegener's. Neuropathy isn't really bad, just some slight numbness. Otherwise, I have no other symptoms. Was just looking to see if this positive ANCA may be something brewing and to see if the level I have ( 6.4 ) is high, low, medium or otherwise.

It does seem your body has some form of inflammation. May not be significant enough at this point to pinpoint disease.

I read that normal results for ANCA are titers < 1:20 and less than 1.4.
Adults [7]:
Qualitative: Negative
Quantitative: Less than 1.4 units/mL (less than 1.4 kilounits/L)
