How old are you? I took natural oral Progesterone 100mg from age 41-48 to regulate my cycles. Taken on about days 14-26 it regulates cycles but doesn't prevent pregnancy but taken on days 8-26 it can both regulate and might prevent pregnancy. It can also help you sleep better and have a higher libido. I recall some headaches early on when I was getting used to it but I also did with Provera. I don't do well on combo bc.
