I know it’s not easy to think this way, but in time, you might see 2025 as the year when what was already happening in your body was finally discovered — and the journey toward healing began.

Yes, that's a terrific outlook. I must embrace that way of thinking. It's just been a challenging 5 years with a diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis, totally out of the blue (never a smoker and exceptionally healthy) in 2020. Leading to isolation due to COVID as I was told a virus could do me in. Followed by a diagnosis of a systemic autoimmune disease which is
likely connected to the lung issues. On its heels, the cancer presents itself before I can receive any treatment for the autoimmune. I know many others have it far worse but I'm getting a wee bit overwhelmed. However, I am learning more about medicine than I ever imagined!
