I think you should confirm with your dentist. I don't believe anyone here could give you reliable information to go to the bank with. I also suggest calling the manufacturer to see what they say. You can also read all the available info on ALL the bone meds and their effects with dental work. I've had dental work on them. I've also had tooth/jaw bone problems with no thyroid problem, and so I'm not sure if what you are suggesting is "causal." Which is why I think you need to ask your doctor, the manufacturer, and look up the literature, for which there is a lot! Good luck. On a surface level, I believe, without knowing anything deeper, it is prudent to have the dental work and then start the bone meds (unless it is emergent for both). Good luck!
