Next steps after high OncoDX score.

I believe treatment decisions are also influenced by age. If you're under 50, the thresholds for recommending chemotherapy can be different. I was 43 when diagnosed—Oncotype score of 20, ER+/PR+, HER2-, Stage 1, Grade 2. The benefit of chemotherapy in reducing the risk of recurrence was estimated to be less than 1%, so we chose not to proceed with chemo. I'm currently undergoing hormonal therapy for five years. I haven’t complete first year yet. Whatever treatment path you choose, it's important to trust in it and believe that it's working for you. Wishing you all the best on your journey!

Yes. I will need to have faith we are on the right path with whichever Oncologist I choose.
I'm a bit older and it's an aggressive cancer so I'm preparing myself for Chemo. 2025 is certainly not the special year I'd hoped for!
