Late response. I had prostatectomy little over 5 years ago. My PSMA PET showed now areas of concern. CT was negative but PSA continues to rise. .43, .48, .49 in last 4 months. I am being instructed to proceed with 9 weeks of SRT and ADT. Seems excessive but it appears all the active cells are still local in the prostate bed. Hope that gives you some insight.

Hey rj, I would strongly advise radiation to the pelvic nodes no matter what any scan shows - in fact, INSIST ON IT.
More than 35% of salvage cases fail because only the bed is treated. I just had this done and you’re on the table already so it’s no big deal. No extra SE’s either.
