I have anxiety and depression and the Effexor worked for 30 years and then I stupidly went off of it without a proper taper. All my fault.

Anxiety and depression. I was doing fine on Paxil and new primary care told me everyone should try once to go off their medication. Big mistake. Can’t get back on anything
