How to fax records

My doctors are asking for a fax number for Cardiology at Rochester (Dr. Ommens) but I can't find anything online and the questions portal doesn't give me any option to ask that question. Does anyone have that number?

Hi - each cardiologist has their own number, Dr Ommens secretary's number is 507 284-1644
