Exercise is always helpful!! Working with weights might build bone, might maintain bone, might slow bone loss depending on how you do it. But exercise will always help with balance, flexibility strength and quality of life! Many of us like Brickhouse Bones on YouTube for exercise and weight training, and Margaret Martin at Melio Guide.
