I worked with a dietitian at Mayo Arizona. Had breath testing which I have intolerance to sugar alcohols and chicory root. Not uncommon to be pre diabetic and high cholesterol when on gluten-free diet. Also was told my celiac is so bad it has caused so much damage to my GI track . Have done reading also can cause damage to other parts of your body. Told my antibodies might never go down because I have it so bad. That's why I wonder if it has a connection. I had a MRI also but will ask about the punch tests. Thanks
