Wow! I have been taking it at night for my 20 years now with no appreciable size effects, right, I’m 91.
Problem with medications is that side effects can be different for the takers, just something we have to accept.
My suggestion ask your doctor for a different medication . For sure in the day and age we all react differently and no need to suffer unnecessarily .
Hope this helps .

@fef @poppawheelz @markl33 @jsiegel and others in this discussion, I don't want to sound like a broken record, but...
Every person is different.
Every body reacts differently to medication.
Every person has a different list of other medications that may interact.
Every person has a different list of other health issues or comorbidities.
Every medication, even OTC meds and some supplements have potential side effects.

So...please remember to say:
"I reacted this way to the medication, so you might want to be careful..." or
"Side effects include [nausea or ?] so be aware if it happens to you" or
"The prescription insert has the, following warning"
Dire warnings are scary...please avoid.

Many people, myself included, find duloxetine to be a blessing in managing our fibromyalgia or chronic pain. Others do not have such a positive experience.
