I have lived with gastroparesis for many years in and out of the hospital. Thankfully, I was able to surgically receive the gastric stimulator which has been a true blessing. However, through my blood work we have noticed that my protein level is extremely low. It is very difficult for me to eat chicken or fish any more and I cannot tolerate red meat at all. I have always followed Crystal Saltrelli's diet recommendations. Can anyone recommend eating to increase my protein level?
