Graybeard for me when I started the injections it was uncomfortable throbbing for a period of time, each time but as my penis got use to the stretching,(had been a long time of not good errections) it got to be a shorter and shorter time of discomfort. Now @ 100 injections in, aside from initial injections no more discomfort. It is uncomfortable afterwards even now but just sitting in recliner for @ a hour or so, takes discomfort away. Not sure if other have same experience but this is mine and have absolutely no desire to go without the use of the Trimix. So worth it to me. Hope this helps
