Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect, @celiacpt. Feeling like you can basically eat nothing sounds really hard. So much of life surrounds food.

What I'd suggest for you to do is go to the home page for this Mayo Clinic Connect support group:

-Digestive Health Support Group https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/digestive-gastrointestinal-problems/

If you put in "fructose malabsorption" or any other keyword you'd like, you can search all of the discussions and comments in this group on that topic.

You mentioned you eat basically nothing. What do you eat on any given day?

Thanks for your suggestions. I have joined the group and have also searched under fructose malabsorption and read posts. Unfortunately, I am VERY intolerant and even the slight amount of any of gluten, dairy, fructose has dire effects. So, a lot of the suggestions, will not benefit me. Daily menu: breakfast, hamburger patty, sauteed canned spinach, coffee; lunch, chicken thighs, veggies; dinner, protein, veggie, lettuce with avocado. Meat: hamburger, pork chops, salmon, cod, chicken breasts, chicken thighs, steak; veggies: broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, zucchini (very small portions of each). That's it--nothing more.
