@gamaryanne , are you on "NALIRI" (nano-liposomal irinotecan) by itself, or "NALIRIFOX" (Folfirinox with Naliri replacing the conventional, legacy irinotecan)?

For me, they did not add the platin drug. At least for now. So I’m on Naliri which involves the pump wed-friday.

I am on Naliri. No ox for me! Seems to be working well. My ca19-9 has tumbled.
