Has anyone not gone thru radiation and hormone blockers?

Yeah, sucks. Forgot to mention, I had radiation too.
If anatrozole gets to be too much you should ask for an alternative. Maybe lesser of evils, but still.
As for lifestyle stuff, I do all that; teach fitness and nutrition classes.
They told me it was just bad luckthat I got cancer. Just great.
