Good afternoon,
Could you explain what the concern is in using both. Some doctors are adamant about using one of the other but not both.
What is the purpose of taking a pill that cause an erection?

If you have an erection that last more than 4 hours or so it can damage the penile tissue. If a man has an erection than lasts more than 4 hours it is advised to go to an ER so they can intervene. From what I have read, men that mix taking oral medication like Viagra with Trimix run the risk of having a prolonged erection (called priapism in medical terms).

I am not sure what you mean by your last question. Men that have erectile dysfunction (can't get an erection) sometimes take oral medication (like Viagra) to help them get hard.
