Hi everyone,
I have to apologize for not replying sooner. I tried to find my last discussion. Either I didn't hit send or didn't get finished. So if I'm repeating, pls excuse me.
His testing came back with results of not sure if it's cancer or not. His oncologist told him he has to awhile to see the :unknown" grows. Then if it grows they can then biopsy it to find out the best treatment. He isn't sick, pleasant disposition, appetite good. Active. Just confused and hurt.
Does anyone know anything about pills called
Fenbendazole?
If anyone has read my last 2 comments let me know. Two weeks he just got diagnosed with pneumonia.
Finally over that.
Any suggestions or prayers or advice needed.

@scared2, fenbendazole is an antiparasitic drug used in veterinary medicine to treat animal gastrointestinal parasites. There are many stories circulating on social media about using it to treat cancer because preliminary research is investigating the use of fenbendazole in cancer.

The use of fenbendazole for cancer is still experimental, and more studies are needed to determine its success and safety in humans. It will not prevent cancer and can cause serious, irrevisble liver damage.

Please talk to your oncologist before trying any supplements or things that promise to cure or prevent cancer.

Hi @scared2 , I'm sure that the uncertainty is difficult, but take comfort in knowing that they didn't positively find cancer cells. Taking some time to see what happens with the nodules is part of this process. More waiting isn't always ideal, but it's a good sign that the doctors aren't jumping into action either. Being that he recently had pneumonia does complicate things, as pneumonia can certainly appear like cancer on scans. I'm glad he's feeling better.
How long are they recommending waiting before another scan is done?
