Has anyone ever been on Duloxetine (Cymbalta) for nerve pain?

I take 30mg of Cymbalta and 300mg of Gabapentin in the morning, 300mg of Gabapentin at noon , 300 of Gabapentin at 5PM, and 30mg of Cymbalta with 300mg of Gabapentin at bedtime. I haven felt any pain in two years now. No side effects.
