My legs collapsing underneath me without warning since I’ve been on ga

Note taken but my first stop two months ago was … my hip
My Orthopod took images and his response was at 72, I have the hips, with joints, of a 50 yr old and are in great condition
My interest in posting was to attempt hearing others feedback dealing with gabapentin and issues to weakening or failing legs
I’m not looking to have others or myself prescribing meds or surgeries
Please stay focused on providing feedback with after using gabapentin any leg issues of having them collapsing without warning
Especially when degressing stairs

I am taking Pregabalin and had my leg give out on me. I do not like the side effects and will follow up with my neurologist. So far I’m discouraged with what I have been told by my doctors. I will continue to advocate for myself. Thanks for posting! Can’t stand the thought of giving up my active lifestyle. Extremely unsettling when my leg gave out me.
