I so wish Mayo had telehealth. I'm in the USA, but live thousands of miles away from Mayo.

Another option for you would be the possibility of an appointment with a Mayo Clinic Care Network participant. Mayo partners with certain clinics and medical facilities around the US and globally which meet their care standards.
