Have you seen a podiatrist and neurologist for your neuropathy and changes in your feet?
What have you already tried for your neuropathy? I have not heard anything about Vicks for your feet. There are a variety of neuropathy nerve pain topical creams plus supplements (alpha Lipoic acid, acetylene carnitine, magnesium, etc.) that can help.
Have you tried soaking your feet in epsom salt, used cool compresses, and moisturized your feet using Acquaphor?

I have been to a podiatrist and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Thank you for your suggestions and I will definitely give them a try as I expect something will work.
