I can't believe there's only one post about this since yours last year.
After I read about the LIFTOR study (done at the same place they do Onero) I went to a physical therapist here to get up to lifting heavier weights (this after that WRONG advice w my dx 6 years ago, don't life more than 10 pounds). Then after reading Peter Attia's book, OUTLIVE, I started looking at some of his podcasts and one was an interview with this lady - Bonnie something I think her name is - in Queensland where she developed the program
I looked to see if any PTs do it here and in fact found two, one in CA and one on Long Island. THOUGHT of moving to NY for a year to go to them but I may try the online one. Maybe w a trainer's help.
I do look at all the Magaret Martin stuff, think of buying on of her vibration plates too. I'm really scared of Evenity because of the heart attack/stroke stuff IN ADDITION to the usual jaw rotting bone fracture risk. I have 3 friends who opted for Reclast, that may be the one I resort to but I'd so love not to do any.
Like others here, I too take Algae Cal
and my scores got worse. BUt I didn't really give up coffee. After that dexa I did (today I allowed myself a SMIDGEN of caffeine grinds in w my decaf becuase so exhausted and packing for a move.
Belinda Beck developed ONERO from her LIFTMOR trial and I'm so lucky to live in Brisbane and train it at the Bone Clinic here twice per week. I would highly recommend finding an actual provider because the strength training is designed to be performed under supervision. The online programme is less intense for safety and trains mainly balance and impact.
