Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?

Hello all suffered of PN.
Like many of you, I have been totally frustrated in my search for the just the right type of socks or footwear that would relieve the pains in my feet.
A 10 to 13 year quest ended this past fall when a friend suggested Othofeet footwear. They totally changed almost everything for me.

My podiatrist recommended these innersoles for my shoes ($75). I bought them at her office but they are also sold on Amazon for the same price. They help with my bottom of foot pain (arch). Does any one have terrible pain in their toes where even walking down the stairs it feels like your toes are made of glass and they are shattering? If so, what helps if anything? I’m new to neuropathy and have so much to learn so I’m happy to read here what you find helps
