This was my recent question with my nutritionist and rheumatologist.
They looked up clinical trials/studies and based on the reports, their
combined opinion was that Fortibone helps increase bone density.

The question is - how do we select what is best for us.
Some brands have Fortibone, but add other supplements, such as vitamins or vitamin K.
Which makes it more expensive. Do I want the added Vitamin C which
I take separately.
So, bottom line is, how much grams of Fortibone is in the Brand you are buying.
I have posted elsewhere about the different types of Fortibone.
Type 1 and Type 3.
Ensure that the brand you get is hydrolized/peptides.

I am still reading labels and trying to whittle down names to one or two.

The one I am taking is “osteoboost” if has 10 g of forty one, 122 mg
calcium ascorbate, 100 mg vit. C, 50 mg sodium, and 9 G protein.

There are 3 types of collagen. Fortibone is type 1. Types 2 and 3 and three
support joints and skin respectively . I don’t think that fortibone is more
than type 1, but I don’t know. I’m glad your doctors approve. Makes me feel
a little more secure that I am not wasting my money.
