When I was originally diagnosed with AAA in 2011 by a Mayo Clinic cardiologist, she advised no weight bearing exercises, no lifting weights. I do pilates but no weight lifting. My AAA as the last CTscan with contrast has not changed from the original 4.5cm reading!! That is no change in 14 yrs. I have normal BP and I am a non smoker 80 yrs old.

What a blessing . I pray that God is as good to me. I have an ascending arortic aneurism a they can only be fixed by open heart surgery . I get my yearly CT scan next month. Previously it had grown .1 mm in a year.
My blood pressure is usually below 120/80 but sometime the lower number is 83-67. I exersuu three days a week. No weights .
Anyways what you wrote gave me hope. I have been so afraid.
