Lenvima/Keytruda elevated Liver Function tests

After 3 rounds of 12mg Lenvima and Keytruda every 21 days my CA125 went from over 700 down to 93. However also my AST and ALT went up to over 600 each. GynOc had me stop all medications and in 2 weeks my AST and LFT dropped from over 600 to ~280s but then my CA125 went from 93 to ~300. Anyone else in this scenario - I am quite upset after all that progress I may not be able to go back to Lenvima/Keytruda - have been referred to a hematologist also.
