I have to take the LDN in the morning. If I take it later than about 11 am, I am up all night with insomnia. It does give me more energy and it lessens the chronic inflammation pain. I am now on 4.5 mg after a very slow taper up.

I. too, take LDN in the morning. I tried evening but had really weird dreams that affected my quality of sleep. Also, it's easier to remember to take it in the morning. I started at .5 mg and very gradually went up to 4.5 mg which is what I take now. I have found an increase in energy and improvement in my shortness of breath. My doctor told me to expect occasional lapses in the improvement, which I have had.
