Have you been tested for vitamin B12 deficiency? You might want to check with your doctor to see if the long term PPI usage is affecting your B12 level.

@bigjohnscho I too have been on PPIs for many years, but my B12 level has been normal. 🤷🏼‍♀️ at one point I started taking B12 sublingual tablets because I don’t eat enough meat, and my level went too high.
