AH ha! @suefish - I'm sure others may have written about dry mouth and I'd not seem them. Your post caught my eye. Mine has been horrible and worsening. Until last week when I ended my consulting practice just short of 44 years, I managed it. But when presenting a webinar, I could barely get the words out as my mouth, even while sipping water, kept getting so dry and then my throat sore and inability to articulate that I apologized too often.

I have some brain fog but not that much. My symptoms are different. I share the dry mouth with you - and the dentist and other docs have rules out meds, dental hygiene (I'm "religious" about it!), other possible causes. It points to just one more symptom. Maybe it's neurological? It's one of the areas with which I've not yet done my own research.
