Weight-training (resistance work): my urologist(s), the PA who gives me my Eligard shots, and oncologist have all recommended resistance training. I've been riding my road bike, but have not yet gotten past 12 miles (used to ride 20-25 miles 3x week).

@bldrhouse, small steps. 12 miles is a good. How many miles did you begin with after your started treatment? Have you added resistance training?
