May I ask how long you did the elimination diet for? If you don’t do it long enough, it won’t work. Gluten is a known proponent in joint stiffness, so I wouldn’t rule that out. I don’t know what Thyroglobulin AB is, but it sounds like you fluctuate from hypo to hyper, which I was beginning to do and then went on a lower dosage of my Synthroid. I seem to be leveling out, finally after almost 3 years of being on Synthroid. It takes a long time!

I'm glad that you're doing well. The AB is for antibody so my thyroid problems are autoimmune. It runs in the family on my mom's side. I was off of the three for ....
guessing...five years. After I started
hydroxychloroquine a year ago, I could eat
dairy again. It wasn't a choice - I could not
digest it, now I can and see only a change for the better for an increase in protein in my diet. I still can't eat soy, but it is a GI digestive problem. I'm back on gluten foods and have no change in thyroid problems or aches/pains, but joint stiffness has not ever been my problem. I have undifferentiated connective tissue disease.
Good health to you!
