Hi @summergirl8, My skin is mostly numb with a little sensitivity. I contribute this to being on Gabapentin, if I was not on this medication I know my skin would feel like lightening. When I do rub it I definitely have a light pain sensation but it is tolerable, again, only with taking meds for nerve pain. Are you taking anything for the nerve pain?

I have my follow up post op 4 week appt. on 5/13 to discuss the nerve issue. So we will see what the doctor says. I'm afraid to take Gabapentin, I get very depressed. I was doing some research and found there is therapy for nerve damage? Have you heard of that?
