Since you live in England and so can be prescribed LIVIAL (Tibolone), have you considered that medication?

No as it’s synthetic. I prefer to carry on trying the BHRT with testosterone even only in small doses . Also I have just ordered collagen peptides with fortibone. Fingers crossed. No fractures at 74;yrs. very low scores on L3 .
