I have had neuropathy since 1999/2000 after my T7 complete injury yes I am paralyzed. I have no feeling below my injury yet my pain goes from my tailbone to my feet i take gabapentin but it only helps a little I didn't know there were other products out there that could help because this pain controls my life that's me in a nutshell
Welcome @leomulder, It must be terribly difficult trying to deal with the pain following your injury. There are quite a few complementary and alternative therapies that folks have tried for relieving neuropathy pain. If you haven't seen the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy site it has a lot of good information - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.
Have your doctors suggested any alternative treatments to help with the pain?

No I gave up on my pain doctor a long time ago but I'm sick and tired of my pain controlling my quality of life. If there are things out there that might help me even a little it would be a nice change to even spend half a day in my chair. I would be very interested in learning about some alternatives I guess I kind of gave up on help for my pain and maybe it's time I got off my ass
