Knee injections long term?

I looked at the "Joint Saver" recommended by @denisejones00 and it sounded promising, but then I read ALL of the ingredients and found some that I am allergic to - whenever companies try to boost the effectiveness of the supplement using botanicals, I know I need to read the label. In this case, it contains turmeric (I am on a blood thinner), and basil, boswellia, rosemary and barberry (give me rashes.)

If I could tolerate all of those ingredients, I would try it.

Hi Sue,

I'm sorry you have allergies to the items listed. Now that I'm 70, I have a list of Rxs longer than my arm. I mostly rely on my Drs and the pharmacist to warn me of interactions. But there is no such thing for the things you list, as almost all natural remedies remain outside the purview of the FDA.

Good reminder though, and thanks. My wife is having a terrible spring allergy season. I'll look into this.

Thanks again Sue! Be well!

Joe
