Anyone else have GI issues from cholesterol meds?

So true!
My cardiologist and PCP tried to put me on statins, I refused, being a nurse I knew. They did a calcium scan and my vessels are clear!
I am also on a low carb Mediterranean diet using only good olive pil and avocado oil.
Weight is dropping and my gut is healthy☺️

Good for you! That’s great. 👍 I can tolerate avocados, but I haven’t tried olive oil in a long time. That’s a great idea.
