@blondin925, you are rightfully angry that research has yet to find a solution for recurrent bacterial vaginosis. It's common for BV to come back within 3 to 12 months even with proper treatment. It's so frustrating! It seems unthinkable that modern science can't yet help conditions that negatively affect quality of life, like BV, idiopathic neuropathy, tinnitus, arthritis and so many others. You are not alone.

Have you tried extended-use metronidazole therapy?

Dear Kelly,
Can you explain this extended- use metronidazole therapy?
I also suffering from recurring BV since years.
Pseudomonas bacteria was detected.
Thanks for any suggestion!
