I have had neuropathy since 1999/2000 after my T7 complete injury yes I am paralyzed. I have no feeling below my injury yet my pain goes from my tailbone to my feet i take gabapentin but it only helps a little I didn't know there were other products out there that could help because this pain controls my life that's me in a nutshell

Welcome @leomulder, It must be terribly difficult trying to deal with the pain following your injury. There are quite a few complementary and alternative therapies that folks have tried for relieving neuropathy pain. Have your doctors suggested any alternative treatments to help with the pain?
