WOW…ADT really did a job on your bones as well. Honestly, never thought 6 months would do all the nasty things it seems to have done to you!
Ironic that you bring up osteoporosis - my wife is going thru all that now. Her values are -2.1 to -2.5….and they’re screaming she has to get on a bone density drug ASAP.
Well, that is not happening until we boost the Vit D, magnesium and calcium and really rev up the weight bearing exercise routine; if we see no results after a full year we ‘might’ consider Tymlos or Forteo - but even those are not a long term solution.
We just ordered a weight vest from Amazon so she can walk on the treadmill at a regular pace (bad hip) and put a little more gravitational oomph onto her bones.
What are you doing, Scott, for your situation?
