Functional Nausea

Hi Terry, again thank you for your kind words. My husband was in the Marines during Vietnam (73-76). They sent him everywhere except Vietnam. One of the scariest things I went through was last year. It was quite by accident. I had bladder cancer. I went thru surgery and now cancer free. Just one dose of chemo injected into the bladder. I have to go back to the urologist for checkups. During the same time last year I had a polyp in my uterus. Another surgery to remove it. Stressful year. I just turned 69 and my husband, Doug turns 71 in September. It’s neat you live on an Indian reservation. I’m 100% Italian. My grandparents were from Italy. Doug is Heinz 57 (German, Irish and Dutch). I appreciate you as well. Thanks for your prayers. Hi Terry, I seen my pcp. She checked my ears. No wax. She is referring me to another gastro dr. A consultation to go over functional nausea. Since the vagus nerve affects the digestion he may recommend a vagus nerve device. My dr also stated my bp goes up and down. Another reason the vagus nerve could be over stimulated. I have to wait about a month to see him. Unless, there’s a cancellation. Thanks for being a friend.

Please give my salute to your husband for his service!!! (and thank God he did not have to go to Nam!!) You are an amazing lady!! I am standing with you in faith no more cancer!! And complete healing!! God wants us well!!! I'm a Heinz 57 too..(I do not have tribal membership.. my ancestors did not come over here on the Trail..or enroll in the Dawes roll..so "federally" I am not Cherokee.. but my ancestor fought in the battle of Ft Mims in the Cherokee brigade with ..of all people Andrew Jackson..my husband was a full blood who didn't speak English til he was about 6)..I'm mostly Scot (maiden name Campbell born in Alabama) Irish and English. I'm very into ancestry...we seem to have alot in common.. and we are related.. as we are children of God thru Christ Jesus!! Thank you soo much for your replies and prayers!! Oh I was praying that ear wax would do the trick!! (It's seems it is never an easy fix..) I had actually never heard of "functional nausea".. googled it.. I go to a new gastro this month.. I have seen soo many..one just said "you don't have any problems ..if you keep going to doctors they will keep finding things wrong with you.. eat whatever you want..".I RAN out of his office!!I'll be praying you get a good gastro!! And you know.. my BP goes up and down too.. maybe that's part of my problem..IDK.. you'd think if they can send people to the moon, they could fix people to be able to eat!!!Please keep me posted on your progress and I'll keep standing with you in faith!! Good luck with your upcoming gastro appointment. My husband doesn’t believe astronauts were on the moon. So much controversy. Especially seeing the flag on the moon. The flag should have been hanging down. It was waving. There’s no atmosphere. This is coming from my husband. iDK. We need all the help we can get. Prayers for you. 🙏 Take care.

Awe he's sooo welcome!!! I appreciate your comment about American Indians.. I do consider myself as Cherokee..(not full blood.. a "breed" as we say.. haha!! Each tribe has their own culture.. our area was just recently declared a rez by the feds.. it was just part of Oklahoma.. was Indian Territory before Ok became a state in 1907..and has a long rather complicated history.. however .. we have regular towns and neighborhoods.. and alot of beautiful wooed areas.. I don't speak Cherokee but my last 2 husbands (the one before Dave passed with a heart attack) spoke Cherokee. and we had 2 dogs that we adopted (strays who "spoke Cherokee".. English too thank goodness.. caus e all I can say is come here and good boy!! God is going to help us!! I am so blessed to have you as a friend!! Prayers coming your way!!
