I have not gone back on any benzos.I am feeling terrible. Every little noise sounds like it’s magnified by a hundred times. Valium does not work for me. My digestive system is in bad shape too. Thank you for all your information. Thank God for my husband. He has been and is wonderful through the hellish nightmare.

Are you now dealing with depression as well? Is your mind and movement , outside of the tremors and shaking in normal state. I have found that I am struggling with any decision making and cognitive alertness. I am in the bed in the morning with no drive or ambition to do anything. My overall thinking is not in a normal state. Every action is a battle and fight. Just curious as I know you are suffering with horrible anxiety.
