Hi
Since not being able to take hrt because of my cancer I was having horrible depression and panic attacks. So I now am on zoloft and it's helping immensely. I will have to bring that up to my endocrinologist friday. It took me 4 different medications to get this one.And it works well without side effects. So I am not going off it. As original plan was to keep me on the bis phosphinate for 5 years. So I will find out friday if things are changing. Good luck to you also

I have read several articles that repeat that type of antidepressant has been linked to bone loss and quite severely in some studies. Other antidepressants that aren’t SSRI do not have that effect. I won’t be surprised your Dr will know for mine didn’t and another frustrating medical lack of knowledge.
I mainly mentioned this to you for you had concerns why fractures after treatment. Read up on it and ask. My endocrinologist I saw yesterday was.not knowledgeable about titrating Tymlos but after speaking with her on what I had learned on this site, she was in total agreement.
We have to weigh our options as to what is best in the long run.
