I was having the same issues and my ENT sent me to a pain management doctor who said a virus is causing my body to produce cgrp which is effecting my trigeminal nerve . Causing tons of inflammation and dizziness. She has put me in a cgrp blocker . But my flare is out of control and very difficult to handle right now. I’m also waiting to get into a neurologist who specializes in TN.
