Well now I am super curious…..
* exactly what is your strict diet? I eat grains, veggies, mostly berries for fruit, coffee, beans/legumes, olive oil, nuts….
* what type of lipid testing do you get? Apo-B and Apo-A have been helpful for my doctors to know how to target treatment.

My diet is like yours but with fish once a week. No alcohol. With lots of exercise. High intensity intervals, spin classes, resistance training, walking.

My tests measure HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, VLDL, Cholesterol to HDL ratio. Attached image shows test from February when I was taking 5mg of rosuvastatin every other day. Stopped meds right after the test due to side effects.

I’m 70 years old.
