Definitely! Hopefully I will be OK and then ace my lipid profile when it’s due in a couple of months. I will also continue with my strict diet. Thanks for the hug!

Well now I am super curious…..
* exactly what is your strict diet? I eat grains, veggies, mostly berries for fruit, coffee, beans/legumes, olive oil, nuts….
* what type of lipid testing do you get? Apo-B and Apo-A have been helpful for my doctors to know how to target treatment.
