I have chosen not to take any Rx medications. I have already survived multiple fractures due to trauma. Incredibly painful rehabbing those fractures; however, I prefer to live out my twilight years without hurting my total body with these drugs. No one really knows the ramifications of taking most of these drugs long term. If my body has such negative responses, it is telling me “no”. I am sticking with my supplements and exercise. Most of these drugs treat the spine vs. the hip where I could use the most improvement. My spine is osteopenia and my hip is osteoporosis. Hope that you find the best solution for your body.
