Hi, my dad has Stage IV with the main tumor on the head of his pancreas with a few small mets on the liver. He has lost 75lbs over the last 2 months. He does drink Ensure, but a lot of times it gags him, he throws up and then that's that. I will say, and I know people have varying opinions on this, but we have tried a few different legal products in addition to enzymes, nausea meds, etc. The biggest help has been CBD gummies. They actually do give him the munchies enough to get REAL food in him. Once he hit 75lbs down, I was desperate to try anything.

My Son who is also Stage IV pancreatic cancer in the head of pancreas and inoperable. He also has peritoneal metastatic according to the tests…he stopped his treatments after 8 sessions and is now embarking on his own herbal medicine. He chose quality of life over quantity because the chemotherapy was robbing him of precious time to enjoy his family and his life. He smokes marijuana to stimulate his appetite and calm any anxiety that he had with the chemotherapy. The neuropathy seems to be getting less with the stopping chemotherapy and he is enjoying life just living it now. He researched the Ivermectin and it says the side effects are the same as his chemotherapy was, so he isn’t sure he will try it.
