Hi Jo. Thank you so much for your response and sharing your experience . I have seen many consultants and many have recommended to have chemo (cisplatin and gemcitabine) before surgery. The cancer was found on September 2024. I have decided to to go ahead with the RC wile I’m feeling strong and after the pathology report I may consider the adjuvant chemotherapy.

I can only hope I am making the right choice . Surgery will be 21st of May .
