Hello guyklick777

jc76 has provided you with some excellent advice.
I also experience discomfort/dull ache around the general area of my pacemaker from time to time. (I received my biventricular pacemaker - the 3 wire type like yours - in 2022.) Sometimes I can connect the discomfort to my doing something physical before - like golfing or raking grass. But sometimes I experience that dull achy feeling for no discernable reason. It just happens.
When I experience it, though, I wrap a gel pack, which I keep in the refrigerator, in a towel and place it over the site for 10 to 15 minutes. And I have learned to anticipate possible issues by doing the gel pack thing after I come in from doing something that I KNOW will cause me grief later on. I have found it easier to head off the discomfort/pain before it starts then trying to relieve it after it is fully blown.
Otherwise, like jc76, I am fairly unaware of my device on a day-to-day basis.
Anyhow, using the gel pack, always wrapped in a towel to provide a buffer between your skin and the cold, works for me everytime.
Hope that helps.
All the best.
